Karso Organization for Youth (KOY) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and youth-led organization officially registered in the Republic of Iraq. Established to empower young people, KARSO works to enhance youth participation in social, economic, cultural, and environmental development.
Through training programs, community initiatives, cultural activities, and partnerships, KARSO aims to create inclusive opportunities that help young people achieve their aspirations and actively contribute to their communities.

President of KARSO Organization for Youth
Mohammed Hasan Mohammed is the President of the organization, leading its strategic direction and overall operations. He is a youth peacebuilding practitioner and civil society leader based in Sulaymaniyah with experience in community development, nonviolence initiatives, and youth empowerment programs.
He is actively involved in training, facilitation, and organizational leadership within the nonprofit sector, ensuring the organization meets its mission of empowering Iraqi youth.
